However,thermal oil will occur Chain fracture between atomic and molecule,compound will be decomposed for keeping high temperature.dynamic viscosity, flashing point,such these index will chage, result in Heat Transfer Efficiency drops. So suggested every two years change new thermal oil.
1. Open the covered plate, exposed the position of blocked hole, using the tube Connect the exposed blocked hole with oil vat.
2. Then unscrew the exposed hole (also unscrew the opposite side of the hole). Let the used oil out of the oil drum.
3. The model of heating oil is Mobil 605. When fueling,blocked the hole on one side while the other turn the highest peak.
4. After fill the oil on oil drum completely, turn on the machine. It can not heat up to the working temperature as usual.
Set the temperature to 50 degree, after heat up to 50 degree, wait 20 minutes.
Then set temp. to 90 degree, after heating up to 90 degree, wait 20 minutes.
Then set it 95 degree, after heating up 95 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then set it 100 degree, after heating up 100 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then set it 105 degree, after heating up 105 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then set it 110 degree, after heating up 110 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then set it 115 degree, after heating up 115 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then set it 120 degree, after heating up 120 degree, wait 30 minutes.
Then can set it to 250 degree, directly heat up to 250 degree.
